General FAQ’s

We recommend you send your save the date cards a year before your wedding.  As soon as you have set a date, then you can send them.  The finer details regarding times and venue can be added to your wedding invitations, so don’t worry about these too much at this stage

We recommend that you send your wedding invitations around 3 months prior to your Wedding. That way your guests have enough time to reply in order for you to get those final numbers to give to your wedding venue

You will need to order one invitation for each couple/family you want to invite.  It is also advisable to order a few spares to allow for mistakes, or to invite replacement guests after finding out others are unavailable to attend. Especially as time will not be on your side at this time!

Yes, we can print your wedding stationery in a language other than English, but we would ask that you provide the wording exactly as you want it to be.

Guest Information cards are a fantastic way of telling your guests any finer details that they need to know about your wedding day.

Any of our 3 card sets can be made a 4 card set and include an information card which will fit in the envelope and not require any added postage cost.

These are particularly useful if you are getting married abroad and need to add flight and hotel information.

Ask your wedding venue when they require the final numbers for catering and seating arrangements.  Then your RSVP date needs to be 2 weeks before this to allow you to provide the information to your venue

You order of service should include entrance music, hymns, prayers, marriage and benediction.  But it is best to check this with whomever is conducting the service before you place your order.

We recommend you place your order for a table plan at least 3 weeks prior to your wedding day.  If you haven’t finalised your seating arrangement and you need to place your order late, we could do it with a quicker turnaround, but we ask that you contact us first before placing your order.

The quicker you agree your proof, the quicker we can begin printing and preparing your order and packing it ready for dispatch.
