How to Order
We aim to make ordering as easy and stress-free as possible. If you need any help with placing your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Ordering Via the Website
Once you have decided on the perfect stationery range for your special day, then you will be ready to place your order.
- Find the item you wish to order e.g. wedding invitations, save the dates, place name cards, etc.
- When you have decided on the card colour and design, complete the customisations and click “add to basket”
- Once happy to proceed to checkout, follow the steps, fill out your details and confirm and pay for your order.
- After making your payment, you will receive an order confirmation email and we will send you a personalisation questionnaire for you to add some specific details to your order.
After Ordering Via the Website
Once we have received your order and you have returned the personalisation questionnaire, we will start designing your wedding invitations or stationery.
Before we go ahead and print your order, we want to ensure we have got everything right! So, at this point we will send you a digital proof of your order for you to approve before we go and print your order.
We will email you a proof within 1 working day, so don’t worry about any delay to your order! This proof will let you see what your stationery will look like before it’s printed and to make any last minute changes.
Once we have received final confirmation that you are happy with the proof, we will start getting on with putting your order together.
You will then receive an email confirmation letting you know that we have dispatched your order and include the tracking information, so you will know when it is going to arrive.
